When the crossroads isn't a detour — it's where the real work begins.
There are moments when everything you've built stops being enough. When the crossroads isn't a detour — it's where the real work begins.
I walk alongside people ready to meet that moment honestly and without turning away.
Most people come knowing what's wrong.
They leave knowing what's true.

About Me
There was a point in my own journey when I realized — the further into the forest, the closer you are to the roots.
I'm Marni Pasch. I work with people who have built something real — yet are navigating a question they can't answer, a chapter that won't close, or a sense that the life they've built no longer fully fits.
The thing you come in with is rarely the whole story. But if you're willing to look, we'll find what's actually there.
People come to me when—
The employer they gave their life to has quietly stopped needing them.
They have succeeded at everything they set out to do, yet remain unfulfilled.
Their business is evolving, and the leader they need to become is someone they don't yet know.
The organization has shifted around them — and the future they assumed is no longer certain.
They have stepped into leadership, but not yet into their own authority.
A major life or leadership change has occurred, and they are ready to look at it honestly.
A decision is waiting that no one else can make for them.
The Work
This is sustained work. We meet over months, not sessions — moving through your story, your transition, and what you're building toward.
You'll bring me the question. We'll find what's underneath it.
No shortcuts. No looking away. Real thinking. Honest conversation. With someone who can bear the weight of your story.
After making peace with the journey, you’re more able to face what emerges with grace and compassion.
Let's start with a conversation.
“It may be that when we no longer know what to do
we have come to our real work”
Client Reviews
"She creates the kind of space where real reflection becomes possible — where you can name what is true, face what is emerging, and begin to trust the next step.
I would recommend Marni to anyone standing at a meaningful crossroads who is ready for honest conversation, deeper clarity, and the kind of support that helps them return to themselves.”

“Marni is an excellent listener — I could trust her to hold the ideas I was sharing and take the time to think of a personally applicable response.
Her excitement at the personal discoveries I made, artifacts I thought lost, was genuine. We both celebrated their potential."
— Client, Journalist“As a sole proprietor, I spend a lot of time in my own head and don't often have someone to think things through with intentionally.
Working with Marni helped me step back and reflect more deeply on my practices, goals, and direction — planning more strategically around what I want to do, how I want to do it, and why it matters to me and my business.
She helped me uncover ideas I'd never fully articulated and let go of assumptions I'd been holding onto out of habit."
